The original announcement lists five Crown Zenith packs and separate Pikachu VMAX, oversized Pikachu VMAX and Pikachu V promotional items. It announced availability for February 17, 2023.
Compare the exact edition
An oversized promo and a regular-size card are different physical formats. Check that the listing includes the actual box contents, not only an empty box or a single promo.
Plan the checklist before opening packs
A particular card or printing is not guaranteed in random booster packs. Fixed promotional items listed for the factory product are separate from random pack contents. Check the expansion, language and edition before adding an item to your collection.
